Orders for a Templot Licence are accepted subject to the following terms:

The licence is supplied to order in the form of a lock-release code number for your computer. The code number is generated to your specific instruction and for your specific computer. It is not usable on any other computer. Because a code number once given cannot be returned, it is not possible to refund the price paid for it.

The code number will be generated immediately that your instruction to do so is received, so before submitting your Computer Internal Reference Number to request a Templot licence please make sure that Templot will meet your needs.

There is extensive documentation and many videos and screenshots on the Templot web site which you can watch and read through. You can also join friendly Templot Club, and ask existing users for their opinions and experiences.

These terms comply with the UK Distance Selling regulations for internet trading and mail order. If you need more information about my policy on refunds, please ask.
